About Me
I was raised and educated in central Ohio and developed an interest in photography about midway into my 16-year career in the advertising business. Photography grew from a hobby to a profession as I was able to self-learn the trade through ad agency work, intense reading, and much experimentation.

I shoot primarily high-resolution digital, with the occasional medium format or 35mm photography, as the situation warrants. Most all of my work is shot on location and I do have a studio in downtown Columbus for studio photography.

I believe that great images come from a great knowledge of the subject and a creative interpretation of that knowledge. I take the time to get to know my subjects to capture the situation in photographs that are appealing and compelling. I am proud that most of my clients have come to me through word-of-mouth.
