What was once my hobby, is now my career. I left behind a 16-year career in advertising to begin a career in commercial photography. I have never looked back. My interest and enthusiasm for photography continues to grow and has steered me into a successful, immensely enjoyable second career. I believe that compelling photographs come from a thorough knowledge of the subject and a creative interpretation of that knowledge. I take the time to get to know my subjects to capture and create photographs that are appealing, unique and inspired.

Sixteen years in the advertising agency business, coupled with a never ending zeal for photography provide a unique perspective on serving clients and creating images that tell stories, capture personalities, depict events and stir memories and emotions.

I don't limit my practice to a particular field of photography. I enjoy producing a variety of photographic work and structure my business to include a broad range of assignments. This variable environment enables me to bring a fresh perspective to each assignment. My photography is shot both on location and in my studio in downtown Columbus.

Quality is important. I shoot high-resolution digital, using Canon professional cameras, Canon L-series professional lenses and high-quality studio lighting and equipment. I process all of my images on state-of-the-art computer hardware and professional software and I participate in seminars and online education to stay current with the latest industry knowledge.

I have worked with clients both large and small throughout central Ohio and beyond. My photographs have been published in Our Ohio magazine, Columbus Monthly, Ohio Magazine, Columbus Bride and others.

I am proud that most of my clients have come to me through word-of-mouth and return to use my photography services multiple times. I believe clients are a privilege, not a right. I treat every client with respect, dignity and professionalism and work to provide personal service and value to every client.
